通过推出试验研究型钢翼缘外侧焊短钢筋时与轻骨料混凝土的黏结滑移性能。短钢筋采用垂直焊和水平焊两种方式,间距设置了100 mm和200 mm。试验中考虑未设置剪力连接件的对比试件,试件均发生推出破坏。根据实测的荷载、加载端滑移数据建立二者的关系模型,分析特征黏结强度和特征滑移值。研究结果表明:剪力连接件的设置不宜过密,宜垂直于型钢翼缘焊接;型钢翼缘外侧焊短钢筋没有提高试件的黏结强度,但增加了试件抵抗滑移的能力;设计中应单独考虑自然黏结强度或剪力连接件传递剪力,不能对二者进行叠加。
Through the experimental study of the outer edge of the steel flange welding short reinforcement and lightweight aggregate concrete bond slippage. Short steel vertical and horizontal welding using two methods, spacing set 100 mm and 200 mm. In the test, no reference specimens with shear connectors were set and launch specimens were destroyed. According to the measured load and loading end slip data, the relationship model between the two is established, and the characteristic bond strength and characteristic slip value are analyzed. The results show that the shear connectors should not be set too close and should be welded perpendicularly to the steel flanges. The welded short steel bars on the outside of the steel flange do not increase the bond strength of the specimens, but increase the ability of the specimens to resist slippage. Consideration should be given to the natural bond strength or shear force transfer shear, can not be superimposed on both.
