内蒙古自治区林业厅于一九八三年二月二十五日至三月一日,在呼和浩特市召开了部分盟市、旗县三北防护林建设汇报会,检查了一九八二年三北防护林建设协议执行情况,并对一九八三年工作提出了意见。从这次汇报来看,十二个旗县执行协议的情况是好的。主要表现在: 1.造林任务完成好。十二个旗县协议造林任务为160万亩(其中社队造林137.27万亩),实际完成218万亩,完成计划的136.3％,比上年增长16.60％(其中社队造林182.7万亩,完成计划的133％)。除一个旗县外,都超额完成协议任务,八个旗县比一九八一
