目的分析对冠心病患者在介入治疗期间实施护理风险管理干预的临床效果。方法选择接受介入治疗的冠心病患者820例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组410例。对照组实施常规心血管疾病护理;观察组实施护理风险管理干预。对比两组患者心电图表现恢复正常时间、冠心病治疗总时间、对冠心病介入治疗期间的护理服务满意度以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者心电图表现恢复正常时间为(6.97±1.35)d,冠心病治疗总时间为(9.74±2.19)d,均明显短于对照组的(9.47±2.14)d和(13.20±3.42)d,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对冠心病介入治疗期间的护理服务满意度为92.7%,高于对照组的75.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在介入治疗期间仅有20例出现不良反应,少于对照组的90例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者在介入治疗期间实施护理风险管理干预,可以减少治疗期间不良反应,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease during interventional therapy. Methods 820 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 410 cases in each group. The control group received routine cardiovascular disease care and the observation group performed nursing risk management intervention. Compare the two groups of patients ECG return to normal time, the total duration of coronary heart disease treatment, coronary heart disease during the interventional care service satisfaction and adverse reactions. Results The duration of ECG recovery in observation group was (6.97 ± 1.35) d and (9.74 ± 2.19) days, which were significantly shorter than those in control group (9.47 ± 2.14 and d = 13.20 ± 3.42 d , The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group was 92.7% during interventional therapy of coronary heart disease, which was higher than that of the control group (75.6%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the observation group, there were only 20 cases of adverse reactions during the interventional treatment, less than 90 cases of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The intervention of nursing risk management intervention in patients with coronary heart disease during coronary intervention can reduce adverse reactions during treatment, shorten hospital stay and improve patient satisfaction.
