将给内资企业和外资企业带来同等税收待遇的企业所得税法3月16日在全国人大五次会议上获得高票通过。专家表示,这标志着中国利用外资政策进入了一个新的历史阶段,外资企业在华享受20多年的超国民待遇走向终结。
The Enterprise Income Tax Law, which will bring the same tax treatment to domestic-funded enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises, won a high-ticket vote on March 16 at the Fifth Session of the National People’s Congress. Experts said this marks a new historical stage for China to use foreign investment policies and the end of super-national treatment enjoyed by foreign-funded enterprises in China over 20 years.
