市人民政府办公厅于2014年1月26日发出通知,为进一步提高全市防范和应对突发事件能力,保障人民群众生命财产安全,根据《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》、《武汉市突发事件总体应急预案》(武政〔2013〕25号)要求和我市应急管理工作需要,经市人民政府同意,决定成立市应急管理专家咨询委员会,内设自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生事件和社会安全事件4个工作组。委员会组成人员名单如下(专家排名不分先后):
The Municipal People’s Government Office issued a circular on January 26, 2014. In order to further enhance the city’s ability to prevent and respond to unexpected incidents and protect people’s lives and property, according to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Emergency Response, (Wuzheng [2013] No. 25) and the need for emergency management in our city, with the consent of the Municipal People’s Government, decided to set up an advisory committee of municipal emergency management experts, equipped with natural disasters, accidental disasters, public health incidents and Social Security Incident 4 working groups. The composition of the committee list is as follows (experts ranked in no particular order):
