区域稳定控制是确保现代电力系统安全稳定运行的重要手段。探讨了区域稳定控制中的若干关键技术问题:首先把区域型稳定控制按决策方式划分为分散决策方式和集中决策方式两类,推荐应用分散决策方式;在对比控制策略表的形成方案后,指出“在线预决策,实时匹配”方案是今后的发展方向;对站间通信的通道和通信方式进行了比较,提出了采用双通道环网通信方案作为区域稳定控制系统的优选通信方案;另外还讨论了控制命令的传送方法,提高可靠性的措施;总结了稳定控制装置模块化、标准化工作的经验,指出模块化工作的重要意义。
Regional stability control is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of modern power system. This paper discusses some key technical issues in regional stability control. Firstly, the regional stability control is divided into two types: decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making according to the decision-making method. It is recommended to use the decentralized decision-making method. After comparing the formation of the control strategy table, The “online pre-decision and real-time matching” scheme is the future direction of development. Compared with the channel and communication methods of station-to-station communication, a dual-channel ring network communication scheme is proposed as the preferred communication scheme for the regional stability control system. The method of transmitting control commands and measures to improve reliability are summarized. The experience of modularization and standardization of stabilizing control devices is summarized, and the importance of modularization is pointed out.
