氨水吸收制冷系统取代压缩制冷系统在船舶上应用具有非常好的应用前景,而吸收性能的强化则有助于氨水吸收制冷系统性能的提高和整机体积的减少。本文针对纳米流体这种新型吸收强化方法开展研究。通过实验,分析了喷嘴孔径对纳米流体强化氨水泡状吸收过程的影响。研究结果显示,喷嘴孔径的变化不会恶化纳米流体的吸收强化效果,吸收强化比始终能够保持稳定。此研究结果将有助于纳米流体这种新型吸收工质在实际吸收制冷系统中的应用。
Ammonia absorption refrigeration system instead of compression refrigeration system has very good application prospects in the ship, while the enhanced absorption is contributed to improve the performance of ammonia absorption refrigeration system and reduce the volume of the machine. In this paper, a new method of absorption enhancement of nanofluids is developed. Through experiments, the effect of nozzle aperture on the bubble-like absorption process of nano-fluid reinforced ammonia was analyzed. The results show that the change of nozzle diameter will not deteriorate the absorption enhancement effect of nanofluids, and the absorption enhancement ratio will always be stable. The results of this study will be helpful for the application of nanofluids, which is a new kind of absorbent, in the actual absorption refrigeration system.
