目的:指出β-内酰胺类抗生素临床应用中的不安全因素并提出防治对策。方法:对临床发现的不合理使用该类药物的典型个例进行分析,归纳出其用药过程中具有普遍性的问题。结果:纠正本类抗生素临床应用的各个环节中的不安全问题,为医护系统提供一个用药安全网。结论:通过改进用药方法,规范操作,采取适当预防措施可以提高临床应用该类抗生素的安全性和有效性。
Objective: To point out the unsafe factors in the clinical application of β-lactam antibiotics and to put forward control strategies. Methods: To analyze the typical cases of unreasonable use of these drugs in clinic, and to summarize the common problems in the course of their medication. Results: To correct the unsafe problems in all aspects of the clinical application of antibiotics and provide a safety net for medical care. Conclusion: The safety and effectiveness of the antibiotics in clinical application can be improved by improving the methods of medication, standardizing the operation and adopting appropriate preventive measures.
