本次培训是根据《中华人民共和国职业教育法》第一章第八条,“实施职业教育应当根据实际需要,同国家制定的职业分类和职业等级标准相适应,实行学历证书、培训证书和职业资格证书制度。国家实行劳动者在就业前或者上岗前接受必要的职业教育的制度。“为了适应大力发展职业教育和职业培训工作的需要,提高现代培训职业技能水平,培养大批合格的现代专业的培训从业人员。此次,对培训考核合格者颁发国家劳动和社会保障部中国就业技术指导中心的“CETTIC职业培训师资合格证书”。该证书是国家劳动和社会保障部中国就业培训技术指导中心颁发,是劳动力市场就业依据之一,是国家对申请人的具体岗位专业知识,技术、能力的认可。该证书能充分体现出企业需求和岗位技能要求,而且将“与就业岗位零距离”作为培训目标。
