In January 2012, the Hong Kong Broadcasting Authority issued three new free television program services in Hong Kong. For the Hong Kong audience, who always adheres to a free market economy, we naturally welcome the addition of three new free television programs. However, as a special cultural industry, the media industry has its own unique characteristics that must be adapted to the cultural background and media ecology. Too superstitious market competition, the role of resource allocation, may lead to the emergence of negative effects, does not necessarily conducive to industrial development.
