为了使飞行模拟器操纵具有真实感,分析了操纵负荷系统仿真内容及原理,详细描述了操纵负荷系统仿真的软、硬件设计方法,设计了连接机构、操纵连杆及传动比,给出了软件架构,建立了操纵仿真模型,实现了操纵通道的负荷加载仿真。经型号验证,可以提高力伺服系统的控制精度,实现了对操纵负荷系统仿真的逼真度。
In order to make the flight simulator manipulate realistic, the content and principle of manipulating load system simulation are analyzed. The software and hardware design methods of manipulating load system simulation are described in detail. The connecting mechanism, manipulating connecting rod and transmission ratio are designed. The software Architecture, the establishment of a simulation model to achieve the operation of the load-channel simulation. The model verification can improve the control precision of the servo system and realize the fidelity of the simulation of the control load system.
