王秀山,1957年生,辽宁黑山人。毕业于原吉林财贸学院。历任工行辽宁省、云南省分行行长,现任中国工商银行直属党委常务副书记。中国摄影艺术家协会会员,出版散文集《村言碎语》。王秀山多年来发表许多论文,内容涉及古代钱币、货币史、经济思想史、现代金融理论、如《“子母”相权论》、《论金代“承安宝货”》、《论贾谊“盗疏钱”令》、《马克思<经济表>对魁奈<经济表>的否定与发展》等。出版专著《银行会计、出纳、储蓄案例综合分析》、《金融资源效率研究》等。
