农村社区教育是为农村居民创造安居乐业的良好环境,加快培养新型农民、提升农村居民素质的重要措施。建立健全农村社区教育管理运行机制,是提高农村社区教育质量的根本保障。但是,农村社区教育还处于发育不足,缺乏具体的管理运行机制,影响了农村社区教育深入开展。本文对建立农村社区教育管理运行机制的意义、存在的问题以及应采取的对策作一浅析,力图为开展农村社区教育提供借鉴。
Rural community education is to create a good environment for rural residents to live and work in peace, accelerate the training of new farmers, improve the quality of rural residents important measures. Establish and improve rural community education management and operation mechanism is to improve the quality of rural community education, the fundamental guarantee. However, rural community education is still underdeveloped and lacks specific management and operation mechanism, which affects the further development of rural community education. This article analyzes the significance, existing problems and countermeasures that should be taken in establishing rural community education management operation mechanism, trying hard to provide reference for rural community education.
