压力机机身焊接强度高,工作环境恶劣,实现机器人自动化焊接则可有效提高焊接质量和效率。本文针对压力机机身质量和尺寸大、焊缝分布在半封闭三维空间的情况,利用机器人、龙门架以及变位机十轴联动控制技术,实现压力机机身的自动焊接。自动焊接系统不仅有自动寻位、电弧跟踪、多层多道焊等功能,而且显著提高了焊接质量,缩短了生产周期,减轻工人劳动强度,实现了压力机制造工程的焊接自动化。
Press machine fuselage welding strength, poor working environment, to achieve robot automation welding can effectively improve the welding quality and efficiency. In this paper, according to the quality and size of the press body, the welding seam is distributed in the semi-closed three-dimensional space, the automatic welding of the press body is realized by using the ten-axis linkage control technology of the robot, the gantry and the positioner. Automatic welding system not only automatic positioning, arc tracking, multi-layer multi-track welding and other functions, but also significantly improve the quality of welding and shorten the production cycle, reduce labor intensity, to achieve the press manufacturing automation welding.
