作者设计自体巩膜瓣移植术以治疗角巩膜缺损性病变,发现有术后炎反应轻、不发生免疫反应及取材便易等优点。因此推荐临床上推广应用。但角膜全层行巩膜移植术的巩膜片能否内皮复盖,尚须研讨。本文报告5例:板层移植4例,全部一次手术愈合;全层移植一例,经4次手术(2次为全层巩膜移植术),最终成功。表明;如彻底清除瘘缘上皮并紧?接合供受组织,角膜全层行巩膜移植术可以成功。
