在当前全球信息时代的大背景下,大力推进公安信息化,既是社会信息化的必然要求,也是现代警务的大趋势,更是事关公安工作现代化的战略举措。目前,宁波公安信息化建设已到了一个发展中的“拐点”。根据公安部“三项建设”总体部署和宁波市公安局党委“敏锐治安、主动治安、实力治安”的工作理念,宁波公安机关在客观分析现状、理性思考发展的基础上,提出了今后三年全市公安信息化建设“三四四五”的发展战略,为进一步加快宁波公安信息化进程理清了思路。
