B747飞机大修中的襟翼芯轴装配工艺改进与工装设备的数字化设计

通过对某航空维修企业B747大修中的局部维修现状分析,改进其后缘襟翼芯轴的装配工艺,并设计了一套维修工装设备,部分投入使用后,有效地缩短了维修装配时间,减少了人力消耗,提高了维修质量。利用CATIA V5软件建立了工装设备零件的实体模型并对其装配模型进行了运动仿真,应用ABAQUS FOR CATIA有限元分析软件对关键零件进行了强度分析,从而保证了设计的可靠性。 Through the analysis of the status of the local maintenance in the overhaul of an aviation maintenance enterprise B747, the assembly process of its rear edge flaps mandrel is improved and a set of maintenance tooling equipment is designed. When put into operation partly, the assembly and repair time is shortened, The human consumption, improve the quality of maintenance. Using CATIA V5 software, a solid model of tooling equipment parts was established and its assembly model was simulated. ABAQUS FOR CATIA finite element analysis software was used to analyze the strength of key parts so as to ensure the reliability of the design.
