】介绍了由A级薄膜工业铂电阻Pt100作为温敏元件所构成的温度传感器,并通过硬件电路对传感器的非线性进行改善,采用单片机对测量数据进行处理,给出了温度测量的精度估计。
This paper introduces the temperature sensor composed of A-class thin-film industrial platinum resistance Pt100 as temperature-sensitive element, and improves the nonlinearity of the sensor through the hardware circuit. The measurement data is processed by single chip microcomputer, and the accuracy of temperature measurement is given.
