我厂冶炼车间15/3吨天车主要用于铁水浇铸。它在温度高、水蒸汽和粉尘浓度大、腐蚀严重的特定环境下工作,再加之起动频繁,故使电器设备及线路使用周期缩短,维护困难。更重要的是在浇铸过程中如发生某些电器故障,有可能将铁水倒掉而产生伤亡事故,严重地影响安全、生产的正常运行。为此,我们不得不把铸锭吊车的电器线路改造提到重要的议事日程上来。经过一番努力,我们对铸锭天车作了如下改造:
