针对塑件结构不对称造成的充填不均衡的问题,提出了将点浇口和潜伏式浇口进行组合的浇注系统布置方式,并借助于Moldflow软件的分析结果得到了最优方案。为确保在推出塑件前可靠地切断潜伏式浇口并推出浇口凝料,模具采用由两块推板、一块推杆固定板和两块阶梯式垫块组成的二级推出机构。生产实践表明:该模具结构合理动,作可靠,塑件脱模顺利,质量稳定。
Aiming at the unbalanced filling caused by the asymmetric structure of plastic parts, the layout of the pouring system which combines the point gate and the submarine gate is put forward, and the optimal scheme is obtained through the analysis of Moldflow software. To ensure reliable shut-off of the submarine gates and the introduction of gate material before the plastic parts are introduced, the mold uses a two-stage push-out mechanism consisting of two push plates, one push rod fixing plate and two stepped pads. Production practice shows that: the mold structure is reasonable and reliable, mold release smooth, stable quality.
