目前利用脉搏计算体育课运动量的常用方法有脉搏曲线法和运动量指数法(俗称面积计算法)。这两种方法以下简称传统方法。传统方法的基本特点是在一定程度上既反应了学生在体育课中生理负荷量变化的趋势,也反应了与之相关的时间因素,而且简便易行,这是至今还在沿用的基本原因。但是,这两种方法也有一些共同的缺点和不足之处。这就是:
At present, the commonly used methods for calculating the amount of exercise in physical education using pulse are the pulse curve method and the exercise index method (commonly known as area calculation method). These two methods hereinafter referred to as the traditional method. The basic characteristic of the traditional method is to some extent reflect not only the tendency of students’ physical load in physical education, but also the time-related factors which are related to them, and they are simple and easy, which is the basic reason why they are still in use today.
