柘林电站扩建工程是江西省重点工程,扩建两台120MW水轮发电动机组,其厂内350t+350t双小车桥式起重机由太原重工股份公司制造,电气控制系统采用能量回馈式变频调速,是目前国内大型起重设备较先进的一种电控系统。现对其作一简单的介绍。 系统构成 本电控系统为“上位工业控制机+可编程控制器+变频传动”三级系统,如图1所示。上位工业控制机监控整车的运行状态和故障信息等;可编程控制器是系统的中枢,它收集各种信号、状态,实现整车运行的时序逻辑控制;变频传动实现各机构的运行。三级之间数据交换通过PROFIBUS DP总线实现。
