采用不连续双垂直板(20cm×20cm)聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对泡桐属5种植物的SOD同工酶和可溶性蛋白质进行分析,发现楸叶泡桐杂合性较高;白花泡桐较原始;推测山明泡桐是兰考泡桐和毛泡桐的杂交种,从而为泡桐属植物的分类提供了生化上的参考佐证。
