分析了经渗碳淬火后出现开裂的20CrMnTi钢齿轮的化学成分和组织,详细分析了渗碳后冷却过程中各阶段齿轮温度的变化。结果表明,该20CrMnTi钢齿轮出现淬火开裂主要是淬火过程中产生巨大的热应力所造成的,产生热应力的根本原因是齿轮内外部温度严重不均匀。根据研究结果制定了改进措施。
The chemical composition and microstructure of the 20CrMnTi steel gear cracked after carburizing and quenching were analyzed. The changes of gear temperature during each stage of cooling after carburizing were analyzed in detail. The results show that the quenching and cracking of the 20CrMnTi steel gear is mainly caused by the tremendous thermal stress in the quenching process. The fundamental cause of thermal stress is the serious non-uniform temperature inside and outside the gear. According to the results of the development of improvement measures.
