分别以乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇二乙醚和 1,4-二氧六环为有机配体 ,制备了一系列双金属氰化物催化剂 ;用 X射线衍射 (XRD)和 X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)技术 ,研究了催化剂的晶相结构和表面状态 .结果表明 ,钴以原料 Zn3[Co(CN ) 6 ]2 · x H2 O中的物种形式存在 ,在催化剂的制备过程中没有氧化还原反应发生 ,有机配体只与锌离子配位 ,这种配位作用破坏了 Zn3[Co(CN) 6 ]2 · 12 H2 O的晶体结构 ,催化剂的表面物种可能是 Zn2 +、 [Co-(CN) 6 ]3- 、 H2 O和有机配体的复合物 .
A series of double metal cyanide catalysts were prepared using ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, diethylene glycol diethyl ether and 1,4-dioxane as organic ligands, respectively. XRD and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) technique was used to study the crystal structure and surface state of the catalyst.The results show that cobalt exists as a species in the raw material Zn3 [Co (CN) 6] 2 · xH 2 O and there is no The redox reaction occurs and the organic ligand only coordinates with the zinc ion. This coordination disrupts the crystal structure of Zn3 [Co (CN) 6] 2 · 12 H 2 O. The surface species of the catalyst may be Zn2 +, [Co - (CN) 6] 3-, a complex of H 2 O and organic ligands.
