以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_4)、1,3,5-三甲基-1,3,5-三(3,3,3-三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D~F_3)、四甲基二硅氧烷(D~H_2)、烯丙基环氧基聚醚、KHSO_3为原料,经开环聚合、硅氢加成和磺化反应制得一种磺酸盐型氟硅表面活性剂FPESS。用FTIR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征,对FPESS磺化反应条件进行了优化,并对FPESS的表面张力、发泡力、乳化力、耐酸碱盐、耐硬水稳定性进行了考察。FPESS磺化反应的最佳条件为:n(环氧基)∶n(KHSO_3)=1∶1.2,反应温度60℃,反应时间6 h;性能测试结果表明:FPESS水溶液的临界胶束质量浓度为2.0 g/L,表面张力(γCMC)为21.01 mN/m,质量分数为0.1%(以水为基准,下同)的FPESS的发泡力为1.47,5 min时的稳泡性为0.71,质量分数为0.5%的FPESS对煤油、石油醚、异戊醇的乳化力良好,FPESS溶液耐酸碱盐化学性质稳定,在硬水中的稳定性为4级。
With octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D_4), 1,3,5-trimethyl-1,3,5-tris (3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) cyclotrisiloxane F_3), tetramethyldisiloxane (D ~ H_2), allyl epoxy polyether, KHSO_3 as raw materials, ring-opening polymerization, hydrosilylation and sulfonation reaction to obtain a sulfonate type Fluorosilicone surfactant. Its structure was characterized by FTIR and 1HNMR. The sulfonation reaction conditions of FPESS were optimized. The surface tension, foaming power, emulsifying power, acid and alkali resistance, and stability of hard water were investigated. The optimum conditions for the sulfonation of FPESS were as follows: n (epoxy group): n (KHSO 3) = 1: 1.2, reaction temperature 60 ℃ and reaction time 6 h. The results of performance test showed that the critical micelle concentration of FPESS aqueous solution was 2.0 g / L, the surface tension (γCMC) of 21.01 mN / m, the mass fraction of 0.1% (based on water, the same below) FPESS foaming power of 1.47, foam stability at 5 min 0.71, mass FPESS has a good emulsifying power for kerosene, petroleum ether and isoamyl alcohol with a fraction of 0.5%. The acid and alkali resistance of FPESS solution is stable and its stability is 4 grades in hard water.
