随着全球经济的快速发展,我国经济水平得到了明显提高。改革开放后,我国已初步完成了市场经济转型,这使得国内市场竞争日益激烈。并且在我国加入WTO后,更为外国企业进入中国市场提供了更多机会。中国企业不仅要面临国内企业竞争,还要面临国际企业的挑战。在市场竞争中,我国企业并不具备较强的竞争优势,不仅发展规模较小,且技术设备相对落后,加之缺乏资金支持,所以企业运营能力较弱。企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中求生存谋发展,必须提高管理水平,加强企业管理。依法治国理念在企业管理中的融入能够有效提高企业管理水平。本文将针对依法治国理念在建设企业管理中的落实与渗透展开分析。
With the rapid development of the global economy, China’s economy has been significantly improved. After the reform and opening up, China has initially completed the restructuring of the market economy, which has made the domestic market increasingly competitive. And after China’s accession to the WTO, it provides more opportunities for foreign enterprises to enter the Chinese market. Chinese enterprises not only face the competition of domestic enterprises, but also face the challenges of international enterprises. In the market competition, Chinese enterprises do not have a strong competitive advantage, not only the development of small, relatively backward technology and equipment, combined with the lack of financial support, so weak business operations. Enterprises want to survive in the fierce market competition and seek development, we must improve the management level and strengthen business management. Incorporation of the idea of governing the country according to law in business management can effectively improve the management level of enterprises. This article will analyze the implementation and penetration of the idea of governing the country according to law in the construction of enterprise management.
