目的寻找适用于基层卫生机构快速简易有效监测外环境标本中霍乱弧菌的方法。方法用胶体金法与分离培养法对外环境标本中的霍乱弧菌同时进行检测。结果共检测珠江水、生活污水、海产品和水产品、鱼类、厕所涂抹等各类标本369份,结果阳性3份,2种方法检测结果符合率100%。结论在外环境标本霍乱弧菌的日常监测中,胶体金法可作为快速筛查方法,辅以分离培养法完成霍乱弧菌的确诊。
Objective To find a rapid, simple and effective method for monitoring Vibrio cholerae in external environment specimens at primary health institutions. Methods Colloidal gold method and isolation culture method were used to detect Vibrio cholerae simultaneously in external environment. Results A total of 369 specimens of various types such as Pearl River water, domestic sewage, seafood and aquatic products, fish and toilet smears were detected. The results were positive and the results of the two methods were consistent with 100%. Conclusion In the routine monitoring of Vibrio cholerae outside the environment, the colloidal gold method can be used as a rapid screening method, supplemented with isolation and culture method to complete the diagnosis of Vibrio cholerae.
