国有企业的思想政治工作在为经济建设服务,推动企业深化改革,提高企业经济效益,促进和谐发展等方面发挥了重要的作用。但随着国有企业改革的深入和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,职工的生活方式、思维方式和价值取向发生了很大的变化,这就要求我们要正确地分析国有企业思想政治工作的现状,并有针对性地探索思想政治工作的新对策。
