合作是生产力社会化和地区分工发展的必然结果,是经济社会发展的内在要求,是丝绸之路经济带建设的重要途径,也是促进丝路经济持续健康发展的重要举措。合作共嬴可以通过扩大产品市场、弥补资金缺口、推动技术进步、提升人力资本、促进制度变革、保障国家安全等途径实现。互利共嬴是出发点,优势互补是基本原则,创新合作方式是重要路径,提高跨文化沟通能力是重要策略。
Cooperation is the inevitable result of the socialization of productive forces and the development of regional division of labor. It is an inherent requirement of economic and social development. It is also an important channel for the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and an important measure for promoting the sustained and healthy development of Silk Road economy. Cooperation can be achieved by expanding the product market, making up for the funding gap, promoting technological progress, upgrading human capital, promoting institutional changes and ensuring national security.
