以四川省具有食用价值的药用植物为研究对象,通过文献整理与野外调查方法相结合,按拉丁名顺序对四川省具有食用习惯的药用植物进行编目和分析。结果表明:共整理出115种常见可食用的药用植物名录,其中菊科植物占16种,百合科9种,豆科植物7种,十字花科植物4种,地上部分食用的为106种,根食用的为17种,花(花序)食用的为26种,果实或种子食用的为19种,传统认为其有毒性的为7种,属于卫生部公布药食同源可用于保健食品的品种有28种,有栽培报道的品种为63种。这些药用植物的食用价值体现出明显的野菜特征。四川具有丰富的药食两用植物资源,通过食品开发拓展其应用价值具有广阔的前景。
Taking medicinal plants with edible value in Sichuan Province as the research object, combining the methods of literature review and field investigation, the medicinal plants with eating habits in Sichuan Province were cataloged and analyzed according to the Latin order. The results showed that 115 species of edible medicinal plants were sorted out, including 16 species of Compositae, 9 species of Liliaceae, 7 species of leguminous plants, 4 species of cruciferous plants and 106 species of aerial parts , 17 species for root consumption, 26 species for flower (inflorescence), 19 species for fruit or seed consumption, 7 species traditionally considered toxic, belonging to the Ministry of Public Health that can be used for health food There are 28 species, there are 63 cultivars reported species. The edible value of these medicinal plants reflects obvious characteristics of wild plants. Sichuan is rich in medicinal and edible plant resources and has broad prospects for expanding its application value through food development.
