通过对三级甲等医院退休人员参加“志愿服务在医院”活动的初步尝试,确定了活动开展的形式,分析了退休人员志愿者的优势在于更能够提供常态化、持续化的服务,更能够提供贴心的服务,退休人员志愿者较青年志愿者的压力小,时间相对充裕,在人员紧张时,由退休人员志愿者补充,可以起到“调配剂”的作用。今后服务发展的趋势应向病房发展,同时加强对志愿者的保障工作。
Through the initial attempt to participate in “volunteer service in hospital” for retired workers in Grade A hospitals, the forms of activities were determined. The advantage of retiree volunteers was that they could provide more normalized and continuous services, More able to provide attentive service, retiree volunteers than young volunteers under pressure, time is relatively abundant, in the case of stress, by retiree volunteers to supplement, can play “transfer agent ” role.
