目的:探讨降糖通脉片与苯那普利对人肾小球内皮细胞外基质(ECM)不同成分的抑制作用强度。方法:采用体外培养的人肾小球内皮细胞技术和血清药理学方法,观察具有清热化瘀、滋阴补气功效的中药降糖通脉片及苯那普利对内皮细胞 ECM 不同成分的影响。结果:降糖通脉片具有抑制内皮细胞ECM成分中纤维连接蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白(LN)和Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)的作用,该抑制作用具有一定的量效关系。苯那普利对ECM中FN、ColⅣ也有一定的抑制作用,但不及降糖通脉片作用明显,结论:降糖通脉片对ECM的抑制作用优于苯那普利。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects of Jiangtang Tongmai tablets and benazepril on different components of human glomerular endothelial extracellular matrix (ECM). Methods: Human glomerular endothelial cells and serum pharmacology were used to observe the effects of Jiangtang Tongmai tablet and benazepril on different components of ECM in endothelial cells. . Results: Jiangtongtongmai tablets could inhibit the expression of fibronectin (FN), laminin (LN) and collagen Ⅳ in ECM of endothelial cells. The inhibitory effect of Jiangtang Tongmai tablet was dose-effect relationship. Benazepril also inhibited FN and ColⅣ in ECM, but it was not as effective as Jiangtong Tongmai tablet. Conclusion: Jiangtong Tongmai tablet is better than benazepril in inhibiting ECM.
