考察成型工序中涂抹的硬脂酸锌对轮胎胶料性能的影响。结果表明,随着硬脂酸锌用量的增大,胶料的各项物理性能急剧下降,耐热氧老化性能下降尤为明显。硬脂酸锌在一定用量范围内起硫化活性剂的作用,超过此范围胶料焦烧时间和正硫化时间显著延长。涂抹硬脂酸锌对橡胶-橡胶黏合性能无明显影响,对橡胶-帘布黏合有明显的阻隔作用。建议轮胎厂在成型工序中尽量少涂抹硬脂酸锌。
The effect of zinc stearate coated on molding process on the properties of tire rubber was investigated. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of zinc stearate, the physical properties of the rubber compound dropped sharply, especially the degradation of the aging resistance to hot oxygen. Zinc stearate acts as a vulcanization activator within a certain range of dosage. Exceeding this range, the scorch time and vulcanization time of the rubber compound are significantly prolonged. Applying zinc stearate has no obvious effect on the rubber-rubber bonding performance, and obviously blocking the rubber-cord bonding. Tire factory suggested in the molding process to minimize the application of zinc stearate.
