隔河岩水利枢纽自1993年4月10日下闸蓄水以来,渗流监测全面展开,至今已取得近4年的监测资料。实测渗漏量最大的部位为“左灌高程60m”平洞、10~18号坝段基础廊道和“右灌高程82.5m”平洞,它们也是各区域渗流监测的重点。根据1993年2月至1995年12月的渗漏量和渗压监测资料,对重点监测部位的渗流特点作了初步分析后认为:隔河岩大坝基础不同的部位,因水文地质条件不同而呈现出不同的参流特点;渗控工程设计合理,施工质量良好,库水参漏很少,坝基扬压力远小于设计值。
