患者,男,61岁,因腹胀、腹泻,呕吐2日入院。大便性质为黄色水样,每日10～20次;呕吐5次,为胃内容物,无咖啡样液,非喷射状;伴头昏、四肢乏力。病程当日到附近诊所予以输葡萄糖液1000mL,及抗炎、止泻等处理,病情无好转。入院体格检查:体温37℃,脉搏92次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压17.1/10
Patient, male, 61 years old, admitted to hospital on the 2nd due to bloating, diarrhea and vomiting. Stool nature of the yellow water samples, 10 to 20 times a day; vomiting 5 times for the stomach contents, no coffee-like liquid, non-jet; with dizziness, limb weakness. The course of the day to the nearby clinic to lose glucose solution 1000mL, and anti-inflammatory, antidiarrheal and other treatment, the condition did not improve. Admission physical examination: body temperature 37 ℃, pulse 92 beats / min, breathing 20 beats / min, blood pressure 17.1 / 10
