目的：探究微创经皮钢板内固定技术(MIPPO)联合PHILOS系统治疗肱骨近端骨质疏松骨折疗效。方法：收治肱骨近端骨质疏松骨折患者60例，分两组，对照组行常规切口植入术，研究组行MIPPO技术联合PHILOS系统治疗，观察手术指标和关节功能恢复情况。结果：研究组出血量、手术和骨折愈合时间均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：MIPPO联合PHILOS系统治疗肱骨近端骨质疏松骨折能够有效减少出血量及骨折愈合时间，提高治疗效果。“,”Objective:To explore the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation(MIPPO)combined with PHILOS system in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods:60 patients with osteoporotic fracture of proximal humerus were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine incision implantation.The study group was treated with MIPPO technology combined with PHILOS system.The operation index and the recovery of joint function were observed.Results:The amount of bleeding,operation and fracture healing time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPPO combined with PHILOS system in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and fracture healing time,improve the treatment effect.
