圣旨是我国古代国君帝王布告臣民、委任官吏、册封宗室、表彰功德、告谕外邦等一种专用的文书形式,亦是帝王权力的载体和象征。圣旨的最早起源可以追溯到商、周时期,并无固定形式。我们在先秦史料和青铜器铭文中常常见到的训、诰、誓、命等,就属于早期的圣旨,如周武王的《讨纣檄文》可称是中国历史上最早的圣 The imperial edict is a special form of paperwork that the ancient monarchs of the nation proclaimed their subjects, appointed officials, sealed their chambers of worship, commended merit, and declared to the Gentiles. It is also the carrier and symbol of imperial power. The earliest origins of imperial edits can be traced back to Shang and Zhou periods, and there is no fixed form. As we often saw in the pre-Qin historical materials and the bronze inscriptions, we often belong to the early imperial edict.
