本文在分析技术社区形成的基础上,从融入全球生产网络实现当地能力升级、传递技术信息、推动创新环境形成以及中国台湾与大陆的产业联系等方面,探讨了技术社区对于中国台湾高新技术产业发展的推动作用,以期从中国台湾利用技术社区实现经济发展的案例,为中国大陆引进海外华人专门人才推动经济发展提供借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the formation of technical communities, this paper discusses the technical community’s contribution to the development of high-tech industries in Taiwan, China, from the aspects of integration into global production networks to achieve local capacity upgrading, transmission of technical information, promotion of the formation of an innovative environment, and industrial relations between Taiwan and the Mainland of China With a view to promoting the economic development from the use of technology communities in Taiwan of China and providing references for the introduction of overseas Chinese talents in mainland China to promote economic development.
