国内用于注射液过滤的微孔滤膜,是由硝酸、醋酸纤维素混合酯所制成。我们对这种滤膜(由上海医药工业研究院化工室和北京制药技工学校——现改为北京化工学校——于1977年生产)的理化性质、药理活性、除菌能力及其在注射剂中的应用进行了实验研究,现报道如下。滤膜理化性能的考察方法和结果将直径为35mm的滤膜,用蒸馏水煮沸处理后,浸泡于欲试验的25ml溶剂中,经三昼夜取出测定孔径、滤速,检查水解产物NO_2~-及物理外观。
Domestic for the injection of microporous filter membrane, is made of nitric acid, cellulose acetate mixed ester. We studied the physico-chemical properties, pharmacological activities, bacteriostasis of this membrane (from the Chemical Laboratory of Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry and Beijing Pharmaceutical Technical School - now Beijing Chemical School - produced in 1977) The application of the experimental study, are reported below. Diaphragm physical and chemical properties of the inspection methods and results will be 35mm in diameter filter membrane, boiled with distilled water treatment, immersed in the solvent to be tested 25ml, measured aperture removed three days and nights, filtration rate, check hydrolysates NO_2 ~ - and physical Exterior.
