对双侧唇裂术后鼻畸形矫正尚无十分满意的方法，作者参照Ｖ－Ｙ成形术原理，将前唇皮肤、皮下复合组织瓣分别分离至鼻尖部，形成２个瓣，小心保护经鼻尖垂直向下至前唇的２条小血管，使血管紧贴皮下复合组织瓣，将皮下复合组织瓣折叠３～４层，缝在鼻尖部两侧鼻翼软骨上，鼻尖部隆起效果良好，共作手术１１例，追踪现在半年至１年半，疗效较满意。本法适用于双侧唇裂Ⅱ期修复矫正鼻小柱过短和鼻尖低平的患者，使鼻、唇、颏达到和谐协调的目的。手术方法简单，易于推广应用。
