一、课题的研究背景和目的意义《基础教育课程改革纲要》提出,要“加强课程内容与学生以及现代社会和科技发展的联系,关注学生的学习兴趣和经验,精选终身学习必备的基础知识和技能……培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力。”我们已经进入了一个信息时代,人们学习交流的媒介和方法发生了巨大的改变。网络已经走进学生的生活,正在改变着他们的生活和思维方式。如何让学生适应时代的飞速发展、学会在网络上交流,如何让学生将网络、信息技术应用于实际生活……这些问题已引起我们的关注。
