目的:通过对综合ICU医院感染进行监测,了解ICU医院感染部位分布特点及侵袭性操作感染情况,以控制感染发生。方法:对2015年1~12月入住医院综合ICU的358例患者资料进行分析。结果:目标性监测358例患者,侵入性操作相关感染中,呼吸机相关性肺炎日感染率为6.97‰,导尿管相关性尿路感染日感染率为1.99‰,导管相关性血流感染日感染率为1.16‰。医院感染发生部位以下呼吸道为主,占总数的50.00%。结论:综合ICU医院感染以下呼吸道感染为主,侵入性操作是高危险因素,要针对相关因素积极采取预防措施,以减少医院感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To monitor the ICU nosocomial infection and understand the distribution characteristics of ICU nosocomial infection sites and invasive operational infection to control the occurrence of infection. Methods: The data of 358 patients admitted to ICU from January to December in 2015 were analyzed. Results: In the 358 patients with targeted monitoring, the daily infection rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia was 6.97 ‰ and the urinary tract-associated urinary tract infection day infection rate was 1.99 ‰. The catheter-related bloodstream infection days The infection rate was 1.16 ‰. The main respiratory tract following the site of hospital infection, accounting for 50.00% of the total. Conclusion: In the ICU hospital, the following respiratory infections are the main causes of infection. Intrusive operation is a high risk factor. Preventive measures should be taken according to the relevant factors so as to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
