本文应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对41例青霉素过敏病人进行血清抗青霉噻唑蛋白抗体的测定。同时,进行皮内试验和青霉素离子透入法的比较。41例病人中测出抗青霉噻唑蛋白特异IgE者26例。结果表明青霉噻唑蛋白与青霉素过敏休克之间有密切关系。因而,去除商品青霉素中青霉噻唑蛋白类杂质,对减少青霉素过敏反应是个重要环节。IgE是人血清中含量最少的一种免疫球蛋白。应用ELISA技术测定结果表明该方法是一种特异性高、敏感、简便易于掌握的较新技术。
In this study, 41 patients with penicillin allergy were tested for anti-penicillin antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). At the same time, intradermal test and penicillin iontophoresis comparison. Twenty-six patients with anti-penicillin-specific IgE were detected in 41 patients. The results show that there is a close relationship between penicillin and penicillin anaphylactic shock. Therefore, the removal of penicillin in commercial penicillin thiazole protein impurities, to reduce the allergic reaction of penicillin is an important part. IgE is one of the least abundant immunoglobulins in human serum. The results of ELISA assay showed that this method is a newer technique with high specificity, sensitivity, simple and easy to grasp.
