1981年7月10日,某部驻湖南茶陵分队进午餐后,42名就餐人员全部发生食物中毒,经及时救治,病情迅速好转,全部治愈。经调查此起食物中毒是由于茶油中混入桐油引起。42例患者,潜伏期最短的约50分钟,最长者5小时,大多在1~3小时内出现中毒症状。腹泻40例(95.2%),恶心38例(90.5%),呕吐36例(85.7%),腹痛29例(69%),头晕13例(30.9%),个别病例有轻~中度脱水和低热。经口服补液等治疗,于8~12小时症状不同程度减轻或消失,48小时症状完全消失,72小时全部能参加日常工作。据文献记载,桐油含脂酸4%,油酸5%,亚麻油1%;桐酸90%。桐油色、味与一般食用植物油相似。误食后由于桐油直接刺激胃肠粘膜引起急性胃肠炎的症状,桐酸吸收入血后能引起不同程度的肝
July 10, 1981, a unit stationed in Hunan Chaling lunch, all 42 dining staff all food poisoning, the timely treatment, the condition improved rapidly, all cured. After investigation, food poisoning is caused by the mixing of tung oil in tea oil. 42 patients, the shortest incubation period of about 50 minutes, the longest 5 hours, mostly within 1 to 3 hours of poisoning symptoms. Diarrhea in 40 cases (95.2%), nausea in 38 cases (90.5%), vomiting in 36 cases (85.7%), abdominal pain in 29 cases (69%) and dizziness in 13 cases (30.9%). Some cases were mild to moderate dehydration and hypothermia . After oral rehydration and other treatment, in 8 to 12 hours the symptoms relieved or disappeared to varying degrees, symptoms disappeared completely 48 hours, 72 hours all can participate in daily work. According to the literature, tung oil contains 4% of fatty acids, 5% of oleic acid and 1% of linseed oil, and 90% of eleostearic acid. Tung oil color, taste and general edible vegetable oil similar.
