许多恶性肿瘤可以合成、贮存和释放抗利尿激素(ADH),尤以肺癌中燕麦细胞癌为常见。本院曾收治1例以ADH异常分泌为首发症状的肺癌病人,报告如下: 患者女性,56岁,反复咳嗽20余年。恶心,呕吐2天。既往诊断慢支炎肺气肿,入院查体:T36℃,R28次/分,P92次/分,Bp20/10Kpa,反应迟钝,桶状胸,双肺散在湿罗音,查血、尿常规正常。入院诊断:慢支炎、肺气肿。以青霉素抗感染,第二天,患者烦躁,神志恍惚,呕吐,腱反射减弱。查血钠
