金属设备表面处理就是采用机械,化学或电化学方法清除表面氧化皮,锈蚀及其他污物,以提供符合防腐施工要求的金属表面。喷砂除锈是防腐施工中.主要的表面处理技术之一。经喷砂除锈的金属基体表面呈现出灰白色的金属色泽、均匀而粗糙的表面,可以满足防腐层施工要求,效果是比较好的。我们采用压出式喷砂设备和带有抽风收尘系统的喷砂房(图7),现简述如下。
Surface treatment of metal equipment is the use of mechanical, chemical or electrochemical methods to remove surface oxide, rust and other contaminants in order to provide a metal surface that meets corrosion protection construction requirements. Sand blasting is one of the main surface treatment technologies in anti-corrosion construction. The surface of the metal substrate subjected to sandblasting and derusting exhibits an off-white metal color and a uniform and rough surface, which can satisfy the construction requirements of the anticorrosion layer and the effect is relatively good. We use a pressure blasting equipment and a sand blasting room with a suction dust collection system (Fig. 7), which are briefly described below.
