目的观察葛根芩连汤加减灌肠治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法将86例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组43例和对照组43例,两组病例均根据病情给予对症支持治疗。在此基础上,治疗组采用葛根芩连汤加减方保留灌肠;对照组给予生理盐水加蒙脱石散保留灌肠。结果治疗组总有效率93%,对照组总有效率72.1%,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葛根芩连汤加减灌肠用于治疗小儿秋季腹泻有良好疗效,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods A total of 86 children with autumnal diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases). Patients in both groups were given symptomatic and supportive treatment according to their condition. On this basis, the treatment group with Gegen Qinlian Decoction retention enema; the control group given saline plus montmorillonite scattered retention enema. Results The total effective rate was 93% in the treatment group and 72.1% in the control group, and the effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Gegen Qinlian Decoction enema for the treatment of pediatric fall diarrhea have a good effect, it is worth promoting the use of the clinic.
