建立了毛细管气相色谱法,以正十六烷为内标,采用程序升温法成功分离了a-氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇(1)和a-氰基-3-苯氧基苄基乙酸酯(2)。将所得的2校正因子,用于测定1在有机相体系中脂肪酶催化转酯化反应产物2的浓度。
A capillary gas chromatographic method was developed for the separation of a-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl alcohol (1) and a-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl Yl acetate (2). The resulting 2 correction factor was used to determine 1 the concentration of lipase-catalyzed transesterification product 2 in the organic phase system.
