感觉可划分为躯体感觉和内脏感觉两大类。躯体感觉系指通过脊髓神经后根及与此同等作用的脑神经感觉枝而引起的感觉。躯体感觉又可分为一般的躯体感觉和特殊的躯体感觉,本文仅就前者,对不同障碍部位的感觉障碍特征加以叙述。一、单纯束梢神经障碍①感觉障碍的分布同支配皮肤感觉的末梢神经一致,境界清楚,有时在交界处存有过敏带②触觉障碍的范围比痛觉障碍的范围广③深感觉障碍的范围如常④压迫时易侵犯粗纤维,缺血时则易侵犯细纤维。
